Because Taiwan\u2019s next opportunity may once again emerge from the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and societal transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">But this time, the opportunity may not simply be about chips, displays, or energy efficiency.
