              3. Unsere pers\u00f6nliche Erfahrung: Von der \u201cFull Spectrum\u201d-Skepsis bei DOE zum heutigen HCL-Konsens<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              Lawrence Lin hat auch eine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung zu Norman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Anfang 2019 nahm Lawrence Lin auf Einladung von Norman als Vertreter von LEDVANCE am DOE SSL R&D Workshop teil und hielt eine Keynote mit dem Titel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u201cAuf dem Weg in die \u00c4ra der Vollspektrum-LED-Beleuchtung\u201d.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Damals waren viele skeptisch gegen\u00fcber \u201cFull Spectrum\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Einige dachten, es handele sich lediglich um einen Marketingbegriff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Andere fragten sich, warum angesichts des hohen Effizienz- und Kostendrucks so viel Aufwand f\u00fcr die spektrale Qualit\u00e4t betrieben werden sollte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Wenn wir heute zur\u00fcckblicken, wurden Vollspektrum-LEDs zu einer der wichtigsten physikalischen Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr Human-Centric Lighting (HCL):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                • Ohne LEDs, die n\u00e4her am nat\u00fcrlichen Spektrum liegen, abstimmbar und leicht mess- und steuerbar sind, w\u00e4ren Diskussionen \u00fcber den zirkadianen Rhythmus, die Stimmung und den visuellen Komfort auf Labore und PowerPoints beschr\u00e4nkt geblieben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Damit HCL Schulen, Krankenh\u00e4user, B\u00fcros und st\u00e4dtische R\u00e4ume wirklich erreichen kann, musste es zun\u00e4chst eine \u201cgute, brave\u201d Lichtquelle geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Lawrence Lin hat die intensiven Diskussionen mit Norman und seinen DOE-Kollegen auf diesem Treffen immer sehr gesch\u00e4tzt. Viele der Punkte, die damals in Frage gestellt wurden, sind inzwischen zum Branchenkonsens geworden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Von \u201cLEDs energieeffizienter machen\u201d bis hin zu \u201cLicht menschlicher machen\u201d - die Br\u00fccke zwischen diesen beiden Themen war genau \u201cVolles Spektrum + messbare Metriken zum menschlichen Faktor\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                  4. Nachdem die \u201cEnergiesparkampagne\u201d f\u00fcr siegreich erkl\u00e4rt wurde<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  In den letzten zwanzig Jahren haben Institutionen wie ISA und DOE durch globale Politik, Subventionen und Forschungsf\u00f6rderung daf\u00fcr gesorgt, dass LEDs eine zentrale Stellung einnehmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Die durchschnittliche Effizienz der k\u00fcnstlichen Beleuchtung stieg weltweit von etwa 50 lm\/W im Jahr 2005 auf fast oder \u00fcber 100 lm\/W im Jahr 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Die \u201cLichtnutzung\u201d der Menschheit hat sich fast verdoppelt - l\u00e4ngere Beleuchtungszeiten, h\u00f6here Helligkeit und komplexere Szenarien. Noch nie waren wir geschickter im Umgang mit Licht als heute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    F\u00fcr den Zeitraum 2024-2025 sind jedoch mehrere wichtige Signale zu erkennen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Die Regierungen sagen: \u201cEs ist an der Zeit, zur\u00fcckzutreten\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Viele L\u00e4nder reduzieren schrittweise die f\u00fcr SSL vorgesehenen Mittel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Einschl\u00e4gige internationale Projekte schlie\u00dfen ihre Phasen ab - der Kampf um die Energiesparlampe ist weitgehend beendet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      Die Medien der Branche verabschieden sich<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Alteingesessene Fachmedien schlie\u00dfen oder wandeln sich, und der Schwerpunkt der Branche verlagert sich leise von \u201cLichtausbeute und Ger\u00e4ten\u201d zu \u201cAnwendungen und Szenarien\u201d.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        Die Effizienz steigt, der Stromverbrauch sinkt nicht wesentlich<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Der Stromverbrauch der Beleuchtung hat sich trotz verdoppelter Effizienz nicht halbiert, sondern ist in einigen Jahren sogar leicht gestiegen. Die Effizienzgewinne werden durch \u201cmehr Licht, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Fl\u00e4chen, l\u00e4ngere Stunden\u201d aufgewogen.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n

                          Unsere Meinung:<\/strong>
                          Der \u201cKampf um die Energiesparlampe\u201d ist vorbei. Im n\u00e4chsten Jahrzehnt werden Unternehmen, die sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf lm\/W konzentrieren, allm\u00e4hlich an Einfluss verlieren. Das neue Schlachtfeld hei\u00dft: Licht und Mensch, Licht und Gesundheit, Licht und Raumwert.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                          \n\n\n\n

                          5. Chinas LED-Industrie: Umsatz gestiegen, Gewinne ausgeh\u00f6hlt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                          Besonders aufschlussreich ist die Analyse der chinesischen LED-Industrie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            \n
                          • Die b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmen, die sich auf LEDs konzentrieren, verzeichnen nach wie vor ein Umsatzwachstum, aber die Nettomargen gehen weiter zur\u00fcck, so dass die Rentabilit\u00e4t in der gesamten Branche negativ ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Die Bruttomargen f\u00fcr das Verpackungs- und Allgemeinbeleuchtungsgesch\u00e4ft sind niedrig, und die Kapazit\u00e4tsauslastung ist unter das Warnniveau gesunken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Die Exportmengen sind nach wie vor betr\u00e4chtlich, aber die St\u00fcckpreise sind erheblich gesunken, wobei viele Kategorien innerhalb eines Jahres zweistellige R\u00fcckg\u00e4nge verzeichneten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                            Dies bedeutet:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                            Das Volumen steigt, der \u201cWert\u201d bricht ein<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Die Produktionslinien laufen, es gibt nicht wenige Auftr\u00e4ge, aber die Nettogewinne werden immer geringer oder drehen sogar in die Verlustzone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              China ist die globale \u201cLED-Sammelstelle\u201d, nicht der Preissetzer<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              • Vorgelagert bei Modulen, Lichtquellen und Leuchten, liegt der wahre Hebel f\u00fcr Projekteinfluss und Markenpr\u00e4mie in Systemen und L\u00f6sungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                Der Preiskampf hat die traditionellen Gewinnmodelle ersch\u00f6pft<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                • Ein Wettbewerb, der sich nur auf Wattleistung, Materialien und Kosten beschr\u00e4nkt, ohne sich auf \u201cgutes Licht + guten Raum + gute Systeme\u201d zu konzentrieren, f\u00fchrt nur zur Ersch\u00f6pfung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n

                                  Unser Urteil:<\/strong>
                                  Wenn chinesische Beleuchtungsunternehmen die Welt in den n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahren weiterhin nach dem Motto \u201cmehr Linien, mehr Formen\u201d betrachten, k\u00f6nnten die heutigen Finanzberichte bereits die \u201cvorzeigbarsten\u201d Seiten sein.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                                  \n\n\n\n

                                  6. Anwendungsszenarien: Wo liegt die wirkliche \u201czweite Wachstumskurve\u201d?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                  Der ISA-Bericht analysiert die wichtigsten Anwendungen separat: Automobil, Gartenbau, Stra\u00dfenverkehr, Displays, UV, NIR und intelligente Beleuchtung. Hier sind ein paar kritische Punkte f\u00fcr chinesische Unternehmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  1. Beleuchtung im Gartenbau: Vom Hype zur finanziellen Realit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  • Der weltweite Markt f\u00fcr LED-Beleuchtung f\u00fcr den Gartenbau w\u00e4chst immer noch, aber das Wachstum wird rational.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                                    • Vertikale Farmen, die vollst\u00e4ndig mit k\u00fcnstlichem Licht betrieben werden, haben extrem hohe Geb\u00e4ude-, Energie- und Ausr\u00fcstungskosten. Ohne eine klare Positionierung der Kulturen und eine klare Gestaltung der Lieferkette ist die Rentabilit\u00e4t schwierig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                    • Vielversprechender sind hochwertige Kulturen wie Blattgem\u00fcse, Kr\u00e4uter und Mikrogr\u00fcn in Kombination mit erneuerbarer Energie und pr\u00e4ziser Steuerung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                      \n

                                      Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong>
                                      Chinesische Unternehmen im Bereich der Gartenbau-Beleuchtung sollten nicht nur \u201cLampen\u201d verkaufen, sondern eine integrierte L\u00f6sung anbieten, die Kulturpflanzen + Algorithmen + Energie + Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                                      2. Kfz-Beleuchtung: Technisch hochstehend, kein \u201cLebensretter\u201d<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                                        \n
                                      • Der Markt f\u00fcr LED-Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr Kraftfahrzeuge w\u00e4chst weiter, angef\u00fchrt von einigen internationalen Marken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                      • Technologien wie das adaptive Fern- und Abblendlicht (ADB) und dynamische R\u00fcckleuchten entwickeln sich weiter, aber Vorschriften, OEM-Plattformen und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeitsanforderungen machen dies zu einem Bereich, der nur langsam voranschreitet und hohe Eintrittsbarrieren aufweist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                        Meine Meinung:<\/strong>
                                        Die Automobilbeleuchtung eignet sich f\u00fcr den Aufbau von technischem und Markenprestige, ist aber kaum geeignet, kurzfristig gro\u00dfe \u00dcberkapazit\u00e4ten zu beseitigen. Ein pragmatischerer Ansatz besteht darin, die Optik und das Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeitsdenken der Automobilindustrie auf die menschengerechte Beleuchtung in Geb\u00e4uden und St\u00e4dten anzuwenden.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                                        3. Mikro-LED und Displays: Ein Marathon aus Kapital und Zeit<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                                          \n
                                        • Einige f\u00fchrende Mikro-LED-Unternehmen verzeichneten von 2022 bis 2024 ein Umsatzwachstum und verringerten ihre Verluste, doch 2025 f\u00fchrten Lagerbest\u00e4nde, Wechselkurse und Nachfrageschwankungen zu einem starken Umsatzr\u00fcckgang und einer Ausweitung der Verluste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                          7. Menschliche Faktoren und Gesundheit: HCL wird zu einer harten Messgr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                          In den letzten Jahren haben alle - von DOE \u00fcber IES und CIE bis hin zu WELL und LEED - das gleiche Ziel angestrebt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                          • Verwandeln Sie \u201cgutes Licht\u201d von einem Adjektiv in eine messbare, umsetzbare technische Sprache.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                            Der Bericht beleuchtet im Abschnitt \u201cLicht und Gesundheit\u201d drei Aspekte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                    Die n\u00e4chste Umstrukturierung der Branche wird nicht die billigsten LEDs beg\u00fcnstigen, sondern diejenigen, die klar definieren, umsetzen, messen und liefern k\u00f6nnen. Faktor Mensch und Gesundheitsergebnisse.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

                                                    8. Intelligente Beleuchtung: Von \u201cvernetzten Stra\u00dfenlaternen\u201d zur \u201cUrban Sensing Infrastructure\u201d<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
